I always imagine that Secretaries wear legwear that might be a little bit fancy, or sexy or racy, something to get the heart pumping a bit! So that is what I wanted to do here, a simple black top, with a fitted green short skirt and then BAM! Racy red leopard top hold ups peeping out at you!
